I had what was billed as a free/low cost HIV/Hepatitis A, B, C test on May 14 in what was referred to as the “testing train”. I’m a Medicaid recipient, unemployed, and trying to apply for disability. I was billed over $500.00! This was advertised by the Delaware County Health Department.
